The Minor Fall & The Major Lift

Change is hard. Loss is painful. Both are gifts.

I know it’s hard to see when you’re in the middle of it—but the seasons of life where it feels like everything you knew is falling apart, or everything is testing you, or everything is playing out differently than you hoped for—there is something much greater than you can imagine trying to surface.

Sometimes the biggest blessings come packaged in pain.

I hope you know you are too worthy to chase what is trying to leave—people, relationships, opportunities, even faded visions that may no longer serve you. Just because you desire them doesn’t mean they are in your highest good.

Let them go.

I promise it’s in your favor.

I promise it’s happening for you, not to you.

And I promise you that when you stop interfering—when you stop resisting what is happening around you—something more profound, beautiful, and awe-inspiring than you ever could have tried to construct on your own will fall into place.

What feels like the end is often the beginning.

Pain gives way to powerful purpose; trust it. Sometimes everything needs to fall apart for greater to come together. Some doors have to close for others to open.

Release what WAS, so what is to BE can make itself known to you.

It takes more strength to let go than it does to manipulate, strategize, and control. In that place, in complete surrender, you come to know your power.

A minor fall is always followed by a major lift.

When you make it through—and you will—you’ll understand just how unbreakable you are. You’ll also come to know that your wholeness was right there the whole time. In you, not in them. Not in the opportunity. Not in the relationship. Not in the accolade.

The loss is never an accident. It’s protection.

Not everyone is supposed to come with you to the next level. When a rocket reaches a certain altitude, the boosters have to fall off in order for it to go further.

Some people are temporary. Some opportunities are temporary. And all of it is divinely ordered for you to become the person you were born to become.

Everything and everyone that comes into your life is there to serve your growth. Whether or not you understand it in the moment, I promise the day will come when you will.

Through it all, keep showing up for your calling.

Love,
Ang
